I would love for this app project to be a huge success because it will not only help me and people in my Mrkh community but it will spread awareness to help other girls in my country. It will help us get over the infertility stigma, it will help us get confidence in knowing we are not alone

Because i have this condition and i think it'll be helpful to connect with others and share our stories as well as being creative

I founded the first ever MRKH mobile app project after scribbling the idea down when launching Mind Over MRKH in 2019. The vision was a mix of events, a podcast, online workshops and creative print outs/art. I have been a community builder in the UK (and globally online) for 10 years. Finding the people who needed support and for them to find us or see our events has been scattered across countless platforms- in the current digital era of quick-app access and social media at your finger tips, I've utilised it all- Instagram, Facebook groups, Whatsapp groups and tried to move to other available community apps like Peanut and Cliq, then there's countless other wellbeing apps, mood tracking apps and more- none are specifically tailored for us. I'd always be posting one event or initiative in countless places so it would reach the right people. With brilliant resources being curated, sponsored by and led by multiple charities (MRKH Connect, MRKH Stars and Beautiful you being three of many!) and creators- the community is fierce, wonderful and vibrant but the obvious missing link is one space for everyone to thrive. I envision an app where charities and advocates can be empowered to build and individuals have an easier route to everything they need. I'd have loved as a teenager to click into a mobile app, curate my MRKH identity outside of public socials, find a friend to talk to, find a skill to learn and do a course, track my mood, write in my journal, find and run events near me, find verified resources and just be inspired daily by MRKH tailored content! Now I am excited to see how this can flourish as the technology our community and its leaders need to continue their important work, reach more people and most importantly, ensure everyone with MRKH safely belongs.

It would be a great initiative for people with MRKH. Getting their voices heard and also finding others like them. It will be a voice for many whose stories often go unheard or it may provide a safe space for many to express things they normally can’t

I met some people at events but to have somewhere easy to chat and find people would be much better i think the mood tracker would be helpful too I have not tried it before because always thinking it's about periods and not for us

I think having the new MRKH App - MyRoki would be such a good idea for us! It would give us a quick link to our community and support. It will be a judge free zone where you can bring any problem to others who will totally understand! It will be great for young women who just get diagnosed and will be a good platform to advise Mrkh events so no one misses out…
